I thought today would be busy and I was right. I did loads of walking, even getting a continuous 32 minute brisk walk without any extra effort, just part of my busy day. I had managed to get my 10,000 steps before lunch so the rest was a big bonus on my goal steps. I didn’t manage a run or my strength and flexibility podcast, but tomorrow will be back to normal so hopefully can catch up on these.
Eating today again was a bit erratic,
I started pretty well with a breakfast of a beef pattie, cucumber, blueberries and green grapes. A bit ‘green’ looking but enjoyable. I managed to have it really early as well. Lunch was not so good, I just picked at bits of fruit and had some homemade bread. I just didn’t feel the need to have more but I know this is wrong. Time constraints really did get in the way, a good reason to go for meal planning and have some stuff made up in advance. Lesson to take note of.
I did better for dinner having a homemade cottage pie. It did have potato as a topping as I didn’t have any sweet potatoes or cauliflower to make it more AIP. I have been trying to not buy any food just use what I have in.
I am still using up stuff from my freezer together with my organic veggie box delivery from last Wednesday. I have some of these veggies left and my next box is due tomorrow so will endever to make some vegetarian dishes in the coming week. I am not too good at these but hope to improve.
A couple of pounds off and one or two pounds on, this seems to be the order of the day. I am still waiting for my weight loss to just go down. At least overall it is not going up so that’s good. I haven’t weighed myself for a couple of days so will wait with baited breath for tomorrow’s results.
1 again excelled with my step total achieving 15,886 steps having walked 6 3/4 miles.
After 2 days of intense activity, I am looking forward to a more relaxing time tomorrow
