It was another travel day today so eating was a little more challenging. I did start the day with breakfast, same as yesterday and very enjoyable. I had a roast chicken lunch with carrots and leeks and roast potatoes. Followed by, surprise surprise, a small piece of birthday cake. My evening meal was just salmon and a bit of salad.

I didn’t manage any intense exercise today and only clocked just 6,000 steps. Don’t know how this weekend is going to impact my weight,  .. …tomorrow will tell. !!!!!!
